James DeGale has improved somewhat over his first couple of fights, as he has become more conscious of his defensive duties and slightly more patient. With that said, he has still shown some glaring deficiencies, in his past couple of fights, which he will need to iron out, if he hopes to win this fight against George Groves, a fighter that beat him in the amateurs.
James DeGale fights for the Commonwealth super middleweight title against his old rival George Groves.
Both fighters have a fairly similar style, so the fight starts off fairly balanced, with both fighters stay backing, trying to exploit openings in each other’s defence. This looks like a very difficult fight for James DeGale as he appears evenly contested. This is a fight well worth watching, if you would like to see James at his very best.
