Chris Eubanks Jr looked very poor in the first six rounds of his fight against Billy Joe Saunders, he wasn’t engaging very much, throwing the occasional jab, while Billy was very actor. At some point it appeared as those Chris Eubanks Jr was disillusioned about what was really going on in the ring, but he started to pick things up in the later stages of the fight. Something he should have done from the very beginning – which would have ensured his victory. The good thing is that he hasn’t gone back to fighting the same weak opposition, as he fights an undefeated title holder in Dmitry Chudinov.
After losing his first fight Chris Eubanks Jr steps up against Dmitry Chudinov for the interim WBA Middleweight title.
This fight starts off very quickly with both fighters engaging one another all over the ring. Unlike in his previous fight, where he didn’t do very much for the first six rounds of the fight, Chris Eubanks Jr in this fight, looks to engage and stamp his authority on the fight from the bell ring.
